Work-Place is a fit-out of a Cat-A office in Bermondsey, London, for a visualisation company. At the heart of the project is a new public-facing social space which functions as reception, gallery and presentation space. The architectural language aims to translate rendering imagery - glitch, the emerging image, flatness - into built form through characterful materials, mirror and flashes of colour. Frosted glazing theatrically blurs the silhouettes of occupants of meeting rooms.
